April 3

Hi, my name is Jennifer Nelson.

I want to celebrate God's miraculous provision for every member of our Haiti team. He made a way for the American members of our team to evacuate on March 3, on what would become the last plane out of Haiti.

He continues to sustain us and meet our needs as we travel from house to house across the US, telling everyone who will listen about what God is doing in Haiti. And He continues to miraculously provide food and necessities for our team members and children's home still in Haiti.

One divine provision of note is this water filtration system that was gifted to us just this year. The gift was meant to bring a couple of people crisp clean water and instead it has become the backup plan to the backup plan for about 40 people's drinking water! God’s plan is ALWAYS greater than our own!

When you are faced with the reality of needing Him every hour for every need, I just can't find the words to describe how that feels. Completely loved. Completely safe. Completely at peace. How can I be anything but completely surrendered?

“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭10‬:‭29‬-‭31‬ ‭NIV‬
